This consultancy service has been created for couples who are happy to complete most of their wedding or event planning themselves but would value the advice of an expert. Perhaps you need help kickstarting the process, would like design inspiration and ideas or would love to work with a professional planner but your budget does not stretch to full planning.
Whether you’re struggling to finalise your design ideas, overcome logistical hurdles or you need help demystifying supplier contracts, we are here to help as your personal online event planner. This service can be booked at any stage of your design and planning process, and you can ask questions about any aspect of your event. We can provide expert suggestions on styling, create mood boards and custom colour palettes, offer advice, feedback, and suggestions with scheduling and logistical elements and even source venues, suppliers, or products. Each session is followed with a full record of meeting notes and actions to help you move forward.

story & design
Together will uncover your overall story, look, vibe and concept of your celebration. By getting to know you on a deep level I will collaborate with you to tell your tale, and deliver a bespoke proposal and mood boards for every stage of the event.

Suppliers & venues
I will carefully curate “team you”, encompassing leading industry experts who are equipped to bring your visions to life. When you’ve got the best people for the job, and every last detail has been meticulously planned, you can truly enjoy the planning process and relax on your big day.

Planning & logistics
I will manage every last organisational detail including, liaising with suppliers, managing the budget and creating the event schedule and timelines. I will take care of every piece of paperwork, freeing you up to spend time on those life moments that matter most to you.

Execution & enjoyment
When it comes to your big day, I will be there to set up the venue, manage the styling, communicate with suppliers, make sure your guest experience is incredible, and be right there by your side for the entirety of the event.
